Automatic Coating Machine
Application:
This series equipment is specially used in large scale high precision sensitive emulsion coating.
Main Features:
1. This machine can proceed with automatic operation setting and make high quality precision screen printing plate without skilled technical worker.
2. Clamping and unfastening screen printing plate is operated by floor push control air pressure clamp. It's convenient to support screen printing frame with two hands.
3. The coating thickness is controlled by coating pressure and coating times.
4. You can choose single-side coating or dual-side coating in the meantime, and adjust coating times front and back independently.
5. Adopting excellent straight stripper cell is to make sure that emulsion coat averagely on the screen printing plate.
6. Install buzzer alarm. Once coating times is completed, the buzzer will ring, it is convenient for master the coating progress.
